1. The Basics

Who We Are: This website is operated by UNASSIGNED. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to UNASSIGNED.
Acceptance: By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Age Requirement: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (18+ in the UK).

2. Products & Conditions (The Vintage Clause)

"Sold as Seen": We sell vintage, pre-owned, and surplus clothing. Unless stated as "Deadstock" or "New with Tags," please assume all items show signs of wear consistent with age.
Grading: We grade items strictly (e.g., Excellent, Very Good, Good). We make every effort to photograph and describe flaws (holes, stains, repairs). However, minor wear may occasionally be missed. This is the nature of vintage; it is not a manufacturing fault.
Colours: We have made every effort to display the colours of our products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

3. Pricing & "Drops"

Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typo or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if your credit card has been charged (you will be fully refunded).
Limits: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis (e.g., limiting "hype" items to 1 per customer).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of Loss: All items are shipped via a tracked service. Our responsibility for the item ends when the carrier marks the package as "Delivered."
Customs: For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We will not mark items as "Gift" to avoid taxes.

5. Accuracy of Information

Billing Info: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This includes orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior agreement.

6. User Comments & Feedback

Rights: If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or proposals (e.g., via DM or email), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them.
Conduct: You agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.

7. Liability

"As Is": Our service and all products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation: In no case shall UN:ASSIGNED be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

8. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
