Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing (The "Dispatch" Phase)

  • Turnaround Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

2. UK Shipping (Domestic)

  • Service: We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard service.

  • Cost:

    • Standard (Tracked 48): £3.99 (Free on orders over £100).

    • Express (Tracked 24): £5.99 (Next Business Day aim).

  • Delivery Aim:

    • Tracked 48: 2-3 Business Days.

    • Tracked 24: 1-2 Business Days.

3. International Shipping (Global)

  • Europe: £14.99 (Royal Mail International Tracked / 5-7 Business Days).

  • USA & Rest of World: £19.99 (Royal Mail International Tracked / 7-10 Business Days).

  • Express Courier: For high-value items (£200+), we may upgrade your shipment to DHL/UPS Express at no extra cost to ensure safety.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Crucial)

  • Import Fees: All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Customer Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These are set by your local government, not by UN:ASSIGNED.

  • Refusals: If you refuse a parcel due to customs fees, the package will be returned to us. We will deduct the cost of the return shipping and the original shipping fee from your refund.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Tracking: All orders are fully tracked. If the tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local depot first.

  • Investigation: We will assist in opening a claim with the courier for lost parcels. However, we are not responsible for packages stolen from your doorstep after confirmed delivery.

  • Address Errors: We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. Please check your details carefully at checkout.

6. Combined Shipping

  • Multiple Orders: If you place multiple orders to the same address within 24 hours, we will attempt to combine them into one package. Any excess shipping paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
