Refund & Returns Policy

The Basics

  • 14-Day Cooling Off Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to notify us if you wish to return it.

  • Return Window: Once notified, you have a further 14 days to ship the item back to us.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Condition of Returns (Strictly Enforced)

  • The "Red Tag" Rule: All items are shipped with a red security tag attached. If this tag is removed or tampered with, the return will be VOID and no refund will be issued. Please ensure you are happy with the fit and condition before removing this tag.

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition they were received.

  • Smells & Marks: Returns with distinct odours (smoke, perfume, body odour) or signs of wear (makeup, sweat marks) will be rejected and returned to the buyer at their expense.

Vintage & Pre-Loved Disclaimer

  • "Sold as Seen": All items are vintage/pre-owned. We grade our items strictly (e.g., "Excellent," "Good," "Fair"). Small signs of general wear (fading, minor bobbling) are to be expected with vintage clothing and are not considered "faults".

  • Measurements: We provide full measurements for every item. Returns based on "fit" are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please check measurements against your own clothing before buying.

Shipping Costs

  • Buyer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item was chemically faulty or significantly misdescribed).

  • Tracked Service: We strongly recommend using a tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 48). We cannot refund items that are lost in the post on their way back to us.

Exclusions

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.

  • Underwear/Socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
